Guys, come on, I know we're all anxious, excited and hyped for the update, but we should just patiently wait for it, it'll come out when it comes out. We should leave some space for the developer to rest if they need to or if they think the update should come a little later for polishing stuff.

Don't worry, I'm still here! I've just been working non-stop all weekend, trying to finish the update. I feel like I'm so close now, but it's still not quite ready, unfortunately.

None of my games save. I save them manually but if more than 12 hours passes between when I play, they disappear.

Are you exporting/importing from the "Extras" section on the main menu? Sometimes the settings of your browser can mess up with the saves and end up deleting them. Like the cache setting and the like. If you export it saves the file to your device and you can import it from it directly.

The dev did say it would be "touch and go" as to whether or not they'd make it by the end of the month or not. It may be a little longer, or maybe we'll get lucky and it'll be finished on the dot. Guess we'll see.

I have a small suggestion regarding both feedee's and player weight gain dialogue. For player weight gain, I like the idea of each personality having responses for you gaining weight specifically if they haven't seen you in a while, like if you jump say two stages between seeing a girl they notice and say something to you about it. 

Likewise, I think it could be interesting to have feedee's gain passively in the background if left alone for a while, and they might comment on getting fatter while you haven't seen them. 

Just some thoughts, thanks for the sharing your game, its come along nicely!

This has to be one of my favorite wg games by far, and it keeps getting better! I'm super excited for the new update, I can imagine certain jobs will make it harder to stay in shape, especially with heavier/feeder coworkers. Keep up the good work dude!

Yeah, it could use a little more player agency in that matter, that and maybe deactivating the regression device or needing a confirmation for it, since a little misclick could make you lose all your progress in fattening a girl on the facility. (I don't remember if it already works that way though lol)

I hear you both. I'll be adding a way to purchase the catalysts in the Dizzy's & London update, after you've ranked up within the Dizzy's organisation.

Thankfully, there's already a confirmation modal in place for the regression device to prevent accidental loss of progress!

hi, ive been following this game since development started and recovered my itch io account just to comment, im wondering if youre ever planning on making some sort of community for fans to interact or something, because i love this game and im super excited for the update but the only way of checking for it is by checking the itch io page, so im just wondering if you ever think of making like a discord or something? and furthermore, good luck on the update, this is one of the best text-based weight game games ive ever played.

Just want to chime in and second basically all of this. Would love a discord or a subscribestar, patreon, or something. tracking updates would be nice, but also just wish there were more ways to support development, because I have gotten more enjoyment out of Second Helpings that I have out of games I paid $15 for and thought they were well worth the price.

The game so far is really good!! I really love that there are option to lose weight and be the fit couple together. The business mechanic is really good, you struggle at first and need to have a capital to begin, I was surprised and had to close for a while, before reopening. ;) The sex is also good, though it feels repetitive and only difference are the weight and different girls. You could make a couple different scenes + making sex lose weight would be also good. 
I also encountered a bug, where you can propose twice. I had a wife and an engagement ring in inventory, I took her to the London where could propose again, which she became fiancée from wife status, if I call off the wedding, she isn't a wife or fiancée anymore.

I was also going to say that the sex scenes don't take into account the physiology of the two mates. e.g.: As a superchub to a chub, or a normal wife, especially. I think for this, you can introduce positions of best use for different sizes so we can better imagine how it goes down in real time. Just a thought.

As usual this game has really helped in more ways than I first thought it would so thanks again for this gem of a game.

Good idea. I plan to add lots of positions in the sex update, so changing how they work based on participant size and shape could both help realism and make things more varied.

SO excited about the profile images for the characters!! Sounds like a crazy amount of work though, fitting all the faces with all the customization + weight levels + personalities. Willing to show more sneak peaks?

Not to foget ingame customization also was confirmed including:  eyewear,  piercings and haircut (hairdresser).

?About the new Portraits/Faces

Is there a new parameter for face proportions? So we can have fatties with slim faces?

This would also be quite realistic as some fat people perfrectly manage to look slim on profile/portrait pictures.

I know there are proportions for neck and other body parts currently by peeking into save files.

Ofc leads to the question: Will we be able to design characters proportions in
"Create-a-Girl" ?

I've done my best to make the portraits match the current descriptions of the girls. So if the description states a girl has a double chin, that should be represented in the portrait too.

I've also added a new face fat severity dropdown to the new game options. You can use this to increase or decrease how fat girls' faces get across all gain patterns.

obsessed with this, had to create an account to share feedback...

  • when you're in the underground, and try to unfavorite someone (because hey, they're all blobs now, I just want to sort purely by weight 😈) you get taken back to the main sector (either current town, or first town if no one from that town is fat enough yet)
  • On that note...could the underground facility just have an "empty section" ready for your current town? It's confusing to go into the facility and see a random town pull up that's just the first one alphabetically
  • Most importantly ...if you're crazy enough to get to the point where the national obesity rate is 99%, can there be some kind of victory screen? Like maxing out a person, sure you can keep playing, but it's nice to reflect on such an accomplishment 😊

I'll definitely add the first two as they would be nice QOL improvements. With the third, I'd like to expand on the national obesity rate in future updates. I may add a victory screen before that happens, but expect it to become something much more complex in the future!

Potential idea for the "99% obesity victory screen", maybe Dizzy's would completely take over the town or area you've maxed out and slowly transform it into a make shift above ground lab like setting with testing chambers and tents being set up around the town. The more towns you max out, the more extreme things get until the whole world is practically a massive testing and feeding ground. 

Citizens would slowly begin to outgrow their homes and the town would soon be nothing more than a bunch of blobs all around. Any girls you've met but haven't progressed enough to be sent a facility or move away would also be tested and fed into blobs like the rest of the town. 

Could maybe even have different paths depending on whether you're for or against Dizzy's

This game is quickly turning into one of my all time favorites for this genre. Love how immersive it's starting to feel as well. (Keep it up!!!)

I feel like so many people ask so much from this game but it seems like you're always open to new ideas as long as it serves the vision.

Don't want to risk adding any more to the deadline you set for yourself, but wanted to ask; What are your thoughts on adding extra hang-outs for being at home for each archetype/personality? Love how much content there is in the game already, but I'd love to roleplay the cozy domestic life and romance a little more, which is hard to do when there's so much good tempting content "outside" (this is a good thing!~)

Maybe it could be a single event that changes names with each archetype, or maybe it's a selection of random events for each personality, or maybe it's separate events that they either like/dislike (much like when talking). But however that would take form I would love to see the personality of each girl fleshed out even further, no pun intended. e.g. "Play Video Games" with the lazy girl or "Make Art" with the artsy girl, etc.

(I also understand how long it takes to add scenes for each personality + weight stage, so of course I'd understand if not lol)

I'm really grateful for how many comments & suggestions I've received, they're a big help in my quest to make the game the best it can be.

The next update will include a bunch of home upgrades that tie in with girls' interests, as I wanted these to be more than just conversation topics on dates.

I think your idea about using these to flesh out personalities would work really well. Each personality has certain interests they will always like or dislike (jobs also affect chosen interests, plus randomly selected interests to round it out). So, I could add special dialogue when you engage a certain personality with a home activity tied to their intrinsic likes or dislikes (with an allowance for custom girls who might not fit this).

Any plans to hasten the weight loss process? Might sound like an odd request, but I'll hit "blob" status sometimes to experience those events but want to go back a stage or two and it takes so long I'll just start a new game sometimes. 

More detailed weight descriptions would also be cool. Especially including the cellulite and stretchmark options.

Love the game regardless, keep it up~

The next update adds a passive weight loss home upgrade, but I might expand on the Metabolic Regression Device & allow the player to use it, or something similar, beyond escaping the facility. That'll probably be a reward from the new Dizzy's progression systems I'll add in the London update.

I want to include more detailed weight descriptions in the sex update. I'm not too far away from starting work on that now that I've nearly finished Jobs & Home. I'll add lots more interactions with girls whilst they're naked, where their cellulite & stretch marks will be fully visible.

I have discovered it possible to marry two individuals in the same town at the same time. The sequence goes as follows:

  1. Propose to individual in Gentle Meadows.
  2. Plan wedding to the point of holding a Ceremony.
  3. Propose to another individual outside of Gentle Meadows.
  4. Marry the mobile individual.
  5. Marry the immobile individual.
  6. Two Wives.
  7. Triple Barreled name achieved.

My specific experience was: I had proposed to a girl in Gentle Meadows, progressed to holding a ceremony, forgot they existed, and then proposed and married another who was still mobile. I found out I was already engaged prior and awkwardly married my original fiancée.

The next update lets you have lots of girlfriends all living together with you, so hopefully that'll help make up for it!

It is a shame polyamory is currently off the table, but for the sake of bug-fixing, I am glad it is being addressed.

Looks like this might have to do with another bug where immobile individuals do not need an engagement ring to get married.
Which will also be fixed in the next update.

Firstly, incredible work on this game, you've clearly put a huge amount of time and effort into it. Huge respect, and looking forward to the update.

A couple of ideas, if you're open to them...

- When the player character is fattened into Dizzy's, maybe add a few more dialogue choices/text varieties for the 'passing time' options? Also some more pink text stuff about how the player character is feeling, eg, when their flab hits the walls for the first time. Similarly for the girls you fatten into Dizzy's. While I'm a big fan of the way they eventually stop interacting at all as they approach super-blobhood, having some rare or unique reactions to their situation as they continue to grow would be cool.

- Seconding calls in the comments for more gassiness! You've done an awesome job with the audio cues in the script, love the gasping and wheezing, but especially for characters with the 'slob' personality adding a bit more slobbiness would be excellent.

Obviously I know nothing about game design, but these are just a couple of suggestions!

Good ideas with Dizzy's. I would definitely like to make this stage of the game less repetitive. I'll probably include those suggestions in the sex update, which will also allow you to make love to girls at the blob stage, plus explore their bodies!

That update might also include a burping option when starting a new game, as that's been on my to-do list for a while now.

i don't know if this has been suggested yet, but i think it'd be cool if you have player weight gain enabled, you either passively gain or lose weight depending on how hungry your character is

Optional passive Weight-gain/loss for all game characters could be intereseting.
This would make the game more realistic but i'm not sure if it is good for the gameplay loop. Thats why it could be an option and not forced.
My humble opinion.

edit: Just remembered:
Passive gain is already kind of there with DDD addiction.
When the fitness center will be available i guess that will be passsive loss.

Don't you plan on any more stages after reaching the factory? Like becoming a massive mass that destroys the entire city until it reaches space and grows to the size of a planet, a sun, or a huge galaxy? Because I'd like more stages to keep moving forward and get new, better upgrades for the feeder.

Instead of using a predetermined body type system, how about implementing a randomized 3-size system? Bust, waist, and hip measurements would be generated randomly, and the text strings would dynamically change when specific stats are exceeded.

The body type system is mostly a style choice; I wanted girls to have labelled body shapes such as hourglass, pear & apple. There's also dialogue and clothing unique to particular body shapes.

But in terms of sizing, it does actually already work a bit like you describe. Each character has eight body part sizes: neck, arms, chest, waist, belly, hips, thighs & bum. The gain patterns determine the basic ratio of these, but there is also a random element, such that not every apple-shaped girl will gain in exactly the same way.

I'd love to have more control over how my character gains in character creation as part of  a future update then.

I wanna make a lipedema character that TRULY only gains in the ass, thighs, and hips to the point of being completely disproportionate. (Think Squidward having eaten too many Krabby Patties, except really hot instead of grotesque looking).

I have been thinking about a create-a-gain-pattern tool under Extras. I may also allow players to set the exact proportions for each of the eight body parts in character creation (for both the player and custom girls), as an advanced mode.

I'd love that because if I understand correctly, it could be used to be build an absolute monstrosity of a woman. Like, a 600 pound, wide, tall, and padded with fat woman, but technically "thin" in a relative sense.


You could even let the player (during character creation) set the averages of each stat for the world to guide how the randomly generated girls come out on average, which would let me create a whole world of very fat mini-giantesses who weigh an average of 600 pounds each and look every pound of it, but are perfectly healthy at that weight and thus classed by the game as "thin".

Interesting ideas. I would definitely like to add more world customisation in the future. One suggestion I've previously received was to add town creation options, to change parameters like average height, etc, so this could fit in with that.

Really enjoying the game so far, this is super impressive!! The amout of options for appearance, dates, interests, and gain is really something :)

Would be really cool to have a toggleable gain option (besides lipedema and macromastia) which is essentially a more concentrated version of the pear or macromastia weight gain types. So one option where you'd see concentrated weight gain in the same way as pear (ass/thigh focus) but to a greater extent in proportion to overall weight gain, and another with a much more breast-focused gain pattern again to a greater extent than overall gain. Thinking in terms of an overall gain where you could end up with an NPC/PC about a third of the way to max size with a level of overall fat somewhere a bit past chubby but with very large breasts, and then a comparable option for ass/things? I appreciate this wouldn't necessarily be everyone's cup of tea, and might be risking going in an almost expansion direction (which isn't maybe what this game aims for), but I wanted to ask if this is something you'd consider implementing some time in the future?

I’m still getting the error about not having enough saves on IOS and thus can’t export or save progress at all. It would be really nice to know if there’s anything I can do to mitigate it.

I can take another stab at solving this. I don't suppose you could take a screenshot or post the exact wording of the error you're getting, could you? Do you get the same error for both saving and exporting, or different errors? Also, is this happening with your first saves, or do you have lots of older saves for different towns/characters?

I forgot to mention that it would be a good idea to add language options to the game in the settings, since everyone speaks different languages. I’m from South America and I’m Latino, and I don’t know much English, so I don’t understand everything the characters say or the text, and I don’t know if everyone from other countries has the same problem as I do.

I'm open to adding language options at some point, but it probably won't be until the game nears completion. I'm planning on adding a modding system too, so a translation could be a good mod idea.

I am so sorry to point out another issue but I play on mobile and am suddenly unable to import my save file. I've tried twenty times in a row and it doesn't load even after selecting restore game :'(

I have a feeling that the guy just filled up his save space. It happened to me once too a long time ago.


Every once in awhile, you have to move cities, save, and then delete the save of the old city in order to give yourself more space, or else you get the save error they reported.  The more often you save, the more often you'll have to do this.


It would be great if we had multiple save slots per character instead of having only the most recent save. That way we could keep on top of what saves we're keeping and getting rid of instead of the saves seemingly all piling on top of eachother.

The issue about low save space has been resolved in the recent polishing update afaik.
I see it has been rolled back to 4.35 and i had no problems so far with that version.

I also like how the system works:  you get one save per freshly started game in which all the towns you "have" are saved. The recent update tried to sort the towns differntly as i understood it - and that didn't go so well obv.

I do not get what benefit multiple save slots per character would bring to the table(?) when you get multiple save slots by starting a new game already.
I f you have many saves they will pile up even more if you have multiple per character.
Yes i am quilty of generally making too many saves i never load. Not beeing able to have multiple saves per character keeps you from doing that and thus makes it more tidy without saves piling up endlessly.

The indexedDB saving system introduced in the polishing update gives most players unlimited saves, but it's not fully supported across all browsers & devices. The old saving method (with a 5 MB limit) is still available in the game as a backup. I think if I give players more control over their manual saves, that'll help players who are dependent on the old system.

I could introduce a system where manual saving has more player control, so they can choose to create a new save, overwrite an old one or delete saves from the manual saving button.

I'm playing on MAC and it says I can’t save it  after a  certain point the game no longer has memory. Just thought you should know.

I've just released another update, 4.38, to try to prevent this. Is it working for you now? If not, you may need to delete some older saves to clear space, or try a different browser. You can back up your saves using the export function under 'Extras' in the main menu.

Played more still causing issues.

I had to revert the fix, unfortunately, as it was causing problems for other players. I'll try to figure out a solution that works for everyone & include that in the Job & Home update coming soon.

In the meantime, you could try deleting some older saves to free up space, or try playing the game via the official itch.io app, which supports macOS. You can export and import your data via the 'Extras' main menu option & it may circumvent the save memory limit.

Using the app fixed the issue! Thanks. I'll let you know if I run into more issues.

Saves appear to be disabled for windows after the last update

Sorry about that! I've just released version 4.37, which should get it working for you again. I think some browser security settings could cause the tweaked saving to fail, but the update restores the original saving as a backup in case that happens.

Yeah I'm having issues here too. They seem to export fine as well but I can't load anything period.

there seems to be a glitch when playing on IOS where after a certain point the game runs out of memory and can’t be saved and/or exported

Did you add anything else, or is that it? I always get super excited when I see "last updated minutes ago" rather than days, lol.
